Dear All
We're now embarking on our reading project involving magazines.
Refer to the procedures below:
a) Go to the MMC or search for a text of your interest.
b) Read it and make notes of the points you think are interesting to mention.
c) Mention the effect the article has on you in terms of a learning opportunity.
d) Select new vocabulary you think is valid to tell your friends.
e) Prepare your PPS and send it to me so that we can exchange ideas and all.
f) Make sure you include points to be discussed in class.
g) Think of speaking strategies - useful expressions to use when delivering your presentation.
h) Check the date of your presentation and the technical details. (e.g. Powerpoint 2007 - 2003).
i) Each presenter should post the link to the text as well as their PPS presentations on the blog.
j) Log on to Slideshare.com (http://www.slideshare.net/), sign up and post your PPS to the blog.
k) During the presentations make sure you take notes so that you can post your comments.
m) After each presentation make sure you post your comments.
All in all, may we all have a good time and enjoy great success of this learning opportunity.
Cheers
Adriano
